Draft. This page is a working draft that an attorney is reviewing. It describes how CareDen works today, and it may change before launch.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email, role, and for community managers, the community you manage.
- What you add: reviews, responses to findings, error reports, community page details, and tour questions you choose to send.
- Sign in records: when you last signed in, and a record of admin actions for accountability.
We do not collect health information about residents, and we ask you not to include it in reviews or messages.
How we use it
To run your account, show your reviews and responses, send the tour questions you ask us to send, check error reports, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information and we do not show you ads.
What others see
Reviews show your first name or account name, your connection to the community, and the date. Your email is never shown on reviews. When you send tour questions, the community receives your name and email so it can reply to you.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Where it is kept
CareDen data is stored with our hosting provider in the United States. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, never in readable form.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your account and the content you posted. California residents have these rights under the CCPA. Public records about communities are not personal information and stay on the service.
Changes
We will post changes here and update the date at the top.
